摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是一种心血管科常见的心功能不全综合征,该疾病具有较高的病死率,对人类健康造成严重威胁。蔡少杭教授以中医学理论为基础,从系统生物学与中医学整体医学模式角度,系统阐述慢性心力衰竭的病机特点、辩证思维和治疗法则,积累了丰富的诊疗经验。他认为通利三焦(开玄府)是治疗慢性心力衰竭水液代谢异常的基础工程;在本病发生发展中,气虚贯穿始终,治疗当以益气为本;患者体内痰瘀水互结,治疗期间应注意痰瘀水同治贯穿始终。在具体治疗过程中,蔡少杭教授认为益气温阳、活血化瘀、逐水消肿之法,辨证施治“慢性心力衰竭”是为正治,疗效甚佳。Chronic heart failure(CHF)is a common heart failure syndrome in cardiovascular department.It has a high mortality and poses a serious threat to human health.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,professor Cai Shaohang systematically expounds the pathogenesis,dialectical thinking and therapeutic principles of chronic heart failure from the perspective of system biology and the holistic medical model of traditional Chinese medicine,accumulated a wealth of experience in diagnosis and treatment.He thinks that Tongli Sanjiao(Kai Xuan Fu)is the basic engineering to treat the abnormal metabolism of water in chronic heart failure,Qi deficiency runs through the occurrence and development of this disease,and the treatment should be based on supplementing qi,phlegm and blood stasis in the patient’s body intermingled,attention should be paid to the treatment of Phlegm,blood stasis and water throughout the treatment.In the specific treatment process,professor Cai Shaohang thought that the method of invigorating qi and warming yang,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,eliminating edema and treating“Chronic heart failure”based on syndrome differentiation was a positive treatment,and the curative effect was very good.
