甲状腺功能亢进患者实施心理护理的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探析心理护理在甲状腺功能亢进患者中的实施效果与价值。方法选取2023年6月至2024年5月厦门医学院附属第二医院内分泌科收治100例甲亢患者,随机双盲分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施心理护理,比较两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]、自我效能[中文版甲状腺功能亢进自我管理效能感量表(HTSES)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]和护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组SAS和SDS评分均更低(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组坚韧性、力量性、乐观性各维度评分均更高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组医治环境、信心、自我认知意识、性情控制各维度评分均更高(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态各维度评分均更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对甲亢患者负性情绪、心理弹性改善可产生积极影响,同时也能够提升患者自我效能、生活质量以及护理满意度,可为临床护理实践提供有益的参考。Objective To explore the implementation effect and value of psychological nursing in patients with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 100 patients with hyperthyroidism From June 2023 to May 2024 were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were randomly and double-blind divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given psychological care.The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],resilience[resilience scale(CD-RISC)],self-efficacy[hyperthyroidism self-management self-efficacy scale(HTSES)],quality of life[comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were both lower(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in the observation group for resilience,strength,and optimism dimensions were all higher(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in the observation group for the dimensions of medical environment,confidence,self-awareness,and emotional control were all higher(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in the observation group for the dimensions of physical function,psychological function,social function,and material living conditions were all higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological nursing can have a significant positive impact on the improvement of negative emotions and psychological resilience in patients with hyperthyroidism,while also significantly enhancing their self-efficacy,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.This can provide useful references for clinical nursing practice.
