甲硝唑栓与甲硝唑阴道泡腾片标准化治疗阴道炎对患者阴道微环境的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用甲硝唑栓和甲硝唑阴道泡腾片标准化治疗阴道炎患者的效果以及对其阴道微环境产生的影响。方法选取2023年2月至2024年2月在厦门市翔安区新店街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的150例阴道炎患者,通过治疗方法差异化将其分组为观察组(75例,给予甲硝唑栓治疗)和对照组(75例,给予甲硝唑栓+甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗)。对比两组的治愈效果、生活质量[采用健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]、炎性因子(干扰素-y、白细胞计数和白细胞介素-6)和复发情况。结果观察组治疗1个疗程治愈率为49.33%,2个疗程治愈率提升至92.00%,均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SF-36评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组金黄色葡萄球菌、酸碱度和大肠杆菌较对照组更低,乳杆菌则更高(P<0.05);观察组干扰素-γ、白细胞计数、白细胞介素-6水平均下降,且比对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组复发2例(2.67%),低于对照组的14例(18.67%)(P<0.05)。结论联合应用甲硝唑栓和甲硝唑阴道泡腾片治疗阴道炎患者可在提升疗效的基础上改善患者症状及炎性状态,改善阴道微环境,降低复发率。Objective To explore the effects of combined treatment with metronidazole suppositories and metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets on patients with vaginitis and their impact on the vaginal microenvironment.Methods A total of 150 patients with vaginitis treated at the Xindian Street Community Health Service Center in Xiang'an District of Xiamen,from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups based on the treatment method:the observation group(75 cases,treated with metronidazole suppositories)and the control group(75 cases,treated with metronidazole suppositories+metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets).The curative effects,quality of life[measured by the 36-Item Short Form Survey(SF-36)],inflammatory factors(interferon-γ,white blood cell count,and interleukin-6),and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group after one course of treatment was 49.33%,and it increased to 92.00%after two courses,both higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Staphylococcus aureus,pH,and Escherichia coli in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of Lactobacillus was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interferon-γ,white blood cell count,and interleukin-6 in the observation group all decreased and were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was 2 cases(2.67%),lower than the 14 cases(18.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined use of metronidazole suppositories and metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of patients with vaginitis can improve the curative effect,alleviate patient symptoms and inflammatory status,improve the vaginal microenvironment,and reduce the recurrence rate.
