经皮肾通道肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗背外侧肾囊肿的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾通道肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗背外侧外凸型单纯性肾囊肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取福州市长乐区人民医院泌尿外科2020年9月至2023年6月收治的12例单纯性肾囊肿患者,采用全身麻醉,行经皮肾通道肾囊肿去顶减压术。分析其临床疗效及安全性。结果12例患者手术均一期顺利完成,无中转开放手术,术后VAS评分(3.65±0.63)分。术后无迟发性出血、感染、漏尿、周围脏器损伤的并发症的发生;术后2~4 d出院,术后随访6个月以上,囊肿无复发。结论经皮肾通道肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗背外侧肾囊肿疗效确切,是治疗背外侧肾囊肿更有优势的一种新选择。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of percutaneous renal cyst decapsulation in the treatment of lateral and posterior protruding simple renal cysts.Methods A total of 12 patients with simple renal cysts admitted to the Department of Urology at Fuzhou Changle District People’s Hospital from September 2020 to June 2023 were selected.General anesthesia was administered,and percutaneous renal cyst decapsulation was performed.The clinical efficacy and safety were analyzed.Results All 12 patients underwent successful one-stage surgery without conversion to open surgery.The postoperative VAS score was(3.65±0.63)points.There were no delayed bleeding,infection,urine leakage,or injury to surrounding organs;patients were discharged 2 to 4 days after surgery,and no cyst recurrence was observed during more than 6 months of follow-up.Conclusions Percutaneous renal cyst decapsulation is an effective treatment for lateral and posterior renal cysts and offers a more advantageous new option for their treatment.
