人文关怀护理运用在儿童急诊室静脉输液患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀护理应用在儿童急诊室静脉输液患者的临床效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年4月厦门大学附属第一医院急诊室实施静脉输液治疗的160例患儿,采用随机数字表法将本组儿童分为观察组和对照组,各80例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组予以人文关怀护理,对比两组静脉输液患儿护理前后舒适度评分改善情况、患儿依从性、患儿家属满意度、不良事件发生情况。结果观察组静脉输液儿童舒适度评分改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组静脉输液患儿依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组静脉输液患儿液体外渗、意外拔针、脱管、穿刺点感染、输液速度过快等不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童急诊室静脉输液患者实施人文关怀护理具有良好的运用效果,有利于提升患儿的舒适度和依从性,减少不良事件发生,提升患儿家长满意度。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of humanistic care and nursing in children’s emergency room with intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 160 children receiving intravenous infusion treatment in the emergency room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected,and the children in this group were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care.The improvement of comfort scores,compliance,family satisfaction and adverse events of children with intravenous infusion before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results The comfort scores of children receiving intravenous infusion in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of children receiving intravenous infusion in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events such as fluid extravasation,accidental needle withdrawal,catheterization,puncture point infection and fast infusion speed in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of humanistic care for patients with intravenous infusion in children’s emergency room has a good application effect,which is conducive to improving the comfort and compliance of children,reducing the occurrence of adverse events,and improving the satisfaction of parents of children.
