耳穴贴压联合艾灸预防胃癌患者癌因性疲乏的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探析耳穴贴压联合艾灸在胃癌患者中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月福建医科大学肿瘤临床医学院收治的88例胃癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例,分别予以常规干预、联合耳穴贴压+艾灸,比较两组疼痛程度(VAS评分)、癌因性疲乏程度[Piper疲乏调查量表(PFS)]、生活质量[癌症患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-G)]。结果干预后,观察组VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组行为、情感、感知、认知4项评分均更低(P<0.05)。(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生理状态、社会/家庭状况、情感状况、功能状况4项评分均更低(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压联合艾灸对胃癌患者疼痛减轻、癌因性疲乏预防以及生活质量提升等均可产生积极影响。Objective To explore the application effect and value of ear acupressure combined with moxibustion in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 88 gastric cancer patients treated at the Clinical Cancer College of Fujian Medical University were included from January 2023 to January 2024.They were randomly and blindly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 44 cases.The control group received conventional intervention,while the observation group received a combination of auricular plaster pressure and moxibustion.The pain levels of the two groups were compared(VAS),the degree of cancer-related fatigue[Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS)]and quality of life[Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-General(FACT-G)].Results After the intervention,the pain scores in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores for behavior,emotion,perception,and cognition in the observation group were all lower(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores for physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,and functional status in the observation group were all lower(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of ear acupressure and moxibustion can have a positive impact on reducing pain,preventing cancer-related fatigue and enhancing quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.
