摘　　要：目的分别使用Braden、Norton及Waterlow量表对高龄患者发生压力性损伤的风险进行评估,评价3种量表的适用性。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月入住老年医学科的高龄患者90例为研究对象,应用Braden、Norton及Waterlow量表进行评估,统计分析3种量表的信度,通过ROC曲线确定量表的临界值、灵敏度、特异度、约登指数、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及AUC值。结果Braden、Norton、Waterlow3个量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别是0.800、0.813、0.635。最佳临界值分别为11.5分、10.5分和26.5分,对应的灵敏度、特异度、约登指数、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为Braden量表:83.30%、94.40%、0.777、95.74%、79.07%。Norton量表:81.50%、55.90%、0.374、74.57%、67.74%。Waterlow量表:68.50%、63.90%、0.324、74.00%、57.50%。AUC值显示Braden(0.898)>Norton(0.713)>Waterlow(0.696)。结论3种量表均能对高龄患者压力性损伤进行预;Braden量表的整体预测效能最好。Objective To evaluate the risk of pressure injury in elderly patients by using Braden,Norton and Waterlow scales respectively,and to evaluate the applicability of the three scales.Methods A total of 90 elderly patients admitted to geriatrics department from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research object.By using Braden,Norton and Waterlow scales,and the reliability of the three scales was statistically analyzed.The critical value,sensitivity,specificity,Youden’s index,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and AUC value of the scale were determined by ROC curve.Results Cronbach’sαcoefficients of Braden,Norton and Waterlow were 0.800,0.813 and 0.635 respectively.The optimal critical values were 11.5 points,10.5 points and 26.5 points respectively,and the corresponding sensitivity,specificity,Youden’s index,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were Braden scale:83.30%,94.40%,0.777%,95.74%and 79.07%respectively.Norton scale:81.50%,55.90%,0.374,74.57%,67.74%.Waterlow scale:68.50%,63.90%,0.324,74.00%,57.50%.The AUC value shows braden(0.898)>Norton(0.713)>Waterlow(0.696).Conclusions All three scales can predict the pressure injury of elderly patients infected with Covid-19.The overall prediction efficiency of Brade scale is the best.
