化痰祛湿定眩汤对原发性高血压的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨化痰祛湿定眩汤作为中药辅助治疗对原发性高血压患者在标准药物治疗中的疗效影响。方法于2022年1月至2023年12月,随机选取汀溪卫生院90例原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组(45例)与试验组(45例)。对照组接受西药硝苯地平单独治疗,试验组则在此基础上加用化痰祛湿定眩汤。通过比较两组的不良反应率、治疗有效率,以及治疗前后血压、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、血液流变学参数和血清生化指标(同型半胱氨酸、25-羟基维生素D、内皮素-1、一氧化氮)的变化,评估联合治疗的疗效。结果试验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血压无差异(P>0.05),治疗后试验组血压低于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂方面,试验组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较对照组降低(P<0.05)。此外,试验组治疗后同型半胱氨酸水平下降,25-羟基维生素D水平上升(P<0.05)。血液流变学分析显示,试验组内皮素-1水平降低,一氧化氮水平升高,与对照组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者在标准药物治疗基础上联合化痰祛湿定眩汤,可有效降低不良反应,提高治疗效果,并改善血压、血脂及血液流变学状态,为原发性高血压治疗提供了新的有效方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Huatan Qushi Dingxuan Tang as an adjuvant therapy with traditional Chinese medicine on patients with primary hypertension in standard drug treatment.Methods A total of 90 patients with primary hypertension from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly selected and evenly divided into two groups using the random number table method,the control group(45 cases)and the trial group(45 cases).The control group received monotherapy with the Western medicine nifedipine,while the trial group added the traditional Chinese medicine formula Tan Huang Qi Shi Ding Xuan Tang on this basis.The efficacy of the combined treatment was evaluated by comparing the adverse reaction rates,treatment effectiveness,and changes in blood pressure,blood lipids(total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol),hemorheological parameters,and serum biochemical indicators(homocysteine,25-hydroxyvitamin D,endothelin-1,nitric oxide)before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall treatment effectiveness was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the blood pressure in the trial group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of blood lipids,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the trial group were reduced compared to the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Additionally,the levels of homocysteine decreased and the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D increased in the trial group after treatment(P<0.05).Hemorheological analysis showed that the levels of endothelin-1 decreased and the levels of nitric oxide increased in the trial group,with significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Huatan Qushi Dingxuan Tang with standard drug treatment can effectively reduce adverse reaction
