针灸治疗颈椎病的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究颈椎病应用针灸治疗的有效性。方法选取2022年5月至2023年4月在山东省兰陵县中医医院接受治疗的60例颈椎病患者。采用随机数字表法分组,每组30例。治疗组应用针灸、β-七叶皂苷钠和胞二磷胆碱治疗,对照组利用β-七叶皂苷钠和胞二磷胆碱治疗,对比两组治疗有效率、中医证候量化积分和颈椎活动度。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候量化积分(失眠、颈椎僵硬、麻木、眩晕、头痛)相比于对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗组颈椎前屈活动度和后伸活动度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗颈椎病的总体效果较好,可改善患者颈椎活动度。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis treated at Lanling County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Shandong Province from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 each using a random number table method.The treatment group received acupuncture,beta-saikoswordine sodium,and cytidine diphosphate-choline,while the control group was treated with beta-saikoswordine sodium and cytidine diphosphate-choline.The therapeutic efficacy,the quantification of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and cervical mobility were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantification of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(insomnia,cervical stiffness,numbness,dizziness,headache)in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The cervical flexion and extension mobility in the treatment group were both better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture treatment for cervical spondylosis has a good overall effect and can improve the cervical mobility of patients.
