观察归肾丸方治疗月经失调患者的临床效果以及对卵巢功能的影响  

Observational Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Guishen Pill in Treating Menstrual Irregularity and Its Impact on Ovarian Function

摘　　要：目的探究月经失调患者使用归肾丸方进行治疗的效果以及对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年2月尤溪县中医医院123例月经失调患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)和研究组(63例)。对照组行常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上加服归肾丸方治疗。对比两组临床效果、不良反应、性激素水平、卵巢功能和中医证候积分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平均低于对照组,雌二醇水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组卵巢体积和卵泡个数大于对照组,抗米勒管激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组月经量和月经周期的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归肾丸方在治疗月经失调中应用临床效果好,可以改善性激素水平及卵巢功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Guishen Pill on patients with menstrual irregularity and its impact on ovarian function.Methods A total of 123 patients with menstrual irregularity from February 2021 to February 2023 at Youxi County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and randomly divided into a control group(60 cases)and a study group(63 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the study group was treated with Guishen Pill in addition to conventional Western medical treatment.Compare the clinical outcomes,adverse reactions,sex hormone levels,ovarian function,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups.Results The treatment effectiveness rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of estradiol was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovarian volume and the number of follicles in the study group were greater than those in the control group,and the level of anti-Müllerian hormone was lower(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores for menstrual volume and menstrual cycle in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Guishen Pill has good clinical effects in the treatment of menstrual irregularity and can improve sex hormone levels and ovarian function.
