老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施督导式预警性护理模式的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探析督导式预警性护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用效果与价值。方法选取2023年3月至2024年2月间76例老年COPD患者为观察样本,随机分入对照组和观察组,各38例,分别予以常规护理、督导式预警性护理,比较两组血气指标、肺功能指标、并发症、生活质量[St George’s呼吸疾病问卷评估量表(SGRQ)]、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组血气指标、肺功能指标均更优(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组SGRQ评分和护理满意度均更高(P<0.05)。结论督导式预警性护理对老年COPD患者血气指标和肺功能指标改善、并发症减少、生活质量和护理满意度提高等均可产生积极效应与价值。Objective To explore the application effect and value of supervised early warning nursing in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 76 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)were enrolled as observational samples and randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group from March 2023 to February 2024,each consisting of 38 cases,receiving conventional nursing and supervised early warning nursing,respectively.The blood gas indicators,pulmonary function indicators,complications,quality of life[St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)],and nursing satisfaction(self-made"Patient Nursing Satisfaction Survey")of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the blood gas indicators and pulmonary function indicators of the observation group were both superior(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications such as pressure ulcers,lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,and ventilator-associated pneumonia in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).After nursing,both the quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusions Supervised early warning nursing can have positive effects and value on improving blood gas and lung function indicators,reducing complications,improving quality of life and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
