预测性护理对重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察预测性护理对重症医学科呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的影响作用。方法选取2023年1月—12月于厦门市海沧医院就诊的60例ICU机械通气患者,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(30例)行常规护理,观察组(30例)行预测性护理,对比护理效果。结果观察组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组FEV_(1)/FVC、PaO_(2)和PaCO_(2)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间、住ICU时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见病死病例。观察组体位、环境、气道及并发症方面的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对重症医学科机械通气患者,实施预测性护理,对呼吸机相关性肺炎具有预防作用,有助于更快的改善呼吸功能,缩短疗程。Objective To observe the impact of predictive nursing on the occurrence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods A total of 60 mechanically ventilated patients admitted to Haicang Hospital in Xiamen from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(30 cases)received routine nursing,while the observation group(30 cases)received predictive nursing,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The incidence of VAP in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than the 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the FEV_(1)/FVC,PaO_(2),and PaCO_(2)in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of mechanical ventilation,ICU stay,and hospital stay in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there were no fatal cases in either group.The satisfaction with nursing in aspects of positioning,environment,airway,and complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For mechanically ventilated patients in the intensive care unit,implementing predictive nursing has a preventive effect on VAP,helps to improve respiratory function more quickly,and shortens the duration of treatment.
