摘　　要：大肠癌是常见于消化系统的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率及病死率仅次于肺癌、肝癌、胃癌,使人民健康受到严重威胁。现代医学治疗以手术、放化疗为主,中晚期大肠癌治疗效果欠佳,易进展、复发,患者接受度较低。中医药在治疗大肠癌方面充分发挥其整体论治的特点,具有不良反应小的独特优势,可大大延长患者生存期、改善生活质量。邹洋教授认为大肠癌虽病位在肠道,但与肝、脾、胃、肾等脏腑密切相关,因气血津液代谢失常,痰毒、湿毒、热毒、瘀毒等病理因素胶结,形成有形实邪留滞肠道,导致大肠传导失司,日久癌积于内。该病总属本虚标实,临床上多见湿热下注、瘀毒内阻、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚等证型,邹洋教授主张分期论治,根据“标本缓急,急则治标,缓则治本,标本兼顾”的原则,祛邪气不伤正气,扶正气不助邪气,在减缓药物毒性、提升患者身体素质方面效果显著。早期以健运脾胃,益气扶正为主,中后期注重温补脾肾、清利湿毒、拔毒消癌,时时需行气畅志。笔者从中医病因、中医病机、临证特点、辨证治疗、病案举隅方面介绍邹洋教授治疗大肠癌经验,并附医案一则为佐证。Colorectal cancer is one of malignant tumors which are common in the digestive system,and its morbidity and mortality are second only to lung cancer,liver cancer,and stomach cancer,which seriously threatens people’s health.Modern medical treatment is mainly based on surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the treatment effect on middle and advanced colorectal cancer is poor,it is easy to progress and relapse,and the acceptance of patients is low.In the treatment of colorectal cancer,traditional Chinese medicine gives full play to its characteristics of holistic treatment,with unique advantages of small adverse reactions,which can greatly prolong the survival period and promote the quality of life of patients.Professor ZOU Yang believes that although colorectal cancer is located in the intestine,it is closely related to the liver,spleen,stomach,kidney and other viscera.Due to the abnormal metabolism of Qi(气),blood,and body fluid,and the cementation of phlegm toxicity,dampness toxicity,heat toxicity,blood stasis toxicity,and other pathological factors,the visible and solid evil lingers in the intestine,resulting in conduction dysplasia of the large intestine,and the accumulation over time leads to cancer in the intestine.The disease is characterized by asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality,and clinical syndromes of downward flow of dampness-heat,stasis internal obstruction,spleen-kidney Yang(阳)deficiency and liver-kidney Yin(阴)deficiency are common.Professor ZOU Yang advocates phased treatment,according to the principle of“treating both symptoms and root causes of the disease,symptomatic treatment in acute condition,radical treatment in chronic case,and paying attention to both symptoms and root causes”,eliminating pathogenic factors without harming the healthy Qi,and supporting the healthy Qi without helping pathogenic factors,which has a remarkable effect in slowing down the drug toxicity and improving the physical quality of patients.In the early stage,it is mainly to promote the spleen
