摘　　要：糖尿病并发症包括糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病心脑血管病变、糖尿病周围神经病变和糖尿病足等,患者的预后和结局普遍较差,严重威胁人类的健康。炎症是糖尿病并发症的潜在发病机制。相关血液炎症标志物与糖尿病并发症的研究日益增多。系统免疫炎症指数(SII)是一种新型的炎症标志物,综合了中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及血小板等指标,可较精确地评估机体炎症状态。该文对SII与糖尿病并发症的研究进展作一综述。[JP5]Diabetic complications include diabetic kidney disease,diabetic retinopathy,diabetic cardio-cerebrovascular[JP][JP4]disease,diabetic peripheral neuropathy and diabetic foot.The prognosis and outcomes of patients with diabetic complications are generally poor,and diabetic complications pose a serious threat to human health.Inflammation is a potential pathogenesis[JP][JP5]of diabetic complications.There are more and more studies on the related blood inflammatory markers and diabetic complications.[JP][JP2]Systemic immune-inflammatory index(SII)is a novel inflammatory marker,which integrates neutrophils,lymphocytes and platelets to more accurately evaluate the inflammatory state of the body.In this paper,the research progress of SII[JP]and diabetic complications is reviewed.
