摘　　要：双心疾病越来越受关注,稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁是其中常见的类型。吴焕林教授运用五脏相关及双心理论辨证论治稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁,取得很好的疗效。文章整理了稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁的中西医病因病机,并介绍吴焕林教授辨证论治稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑抑郁的思路及诊疗方案,附1案以验证疗效。吴焕林教授认为胸痹合并郁证与心主血脉、心主神明功能失常密切相关,病位在心,关乎肝、脾、肺、肾四脏,治疗上应双心同调,五脏兼顾,对双心疾病临床诊疗有一定指导意义。Diseases of psycho-cardiology are garnering increasing attention,among which stable angina combined with anxiety and depression is a common one.Professor Wu Huanlin adopted the theory of five zang-organs in correlation and psycho-cardiology to treat stable angina pectoris combined with anxiety and depression,achieving ideal therapeutic effects.This paper summarizes the causes and mechanisms of stable angina pectoris combined with anxiety and depression in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,introduced Professor Wu's idea and treatment scheme for this disease,and illustrated the therapeutic effect with a case.Professor Wu believes that this disease is closely related to chest impediment combined with depression and dysfunctions of heart governing blood and vessels and heart governing spirit.The disease mainly affects the heart,meanwhile involving the liver,spleen,lung,and kidney.The treatment should pay attention to both the psychological problems and cardiovascular problems and regulate all the five zang-organs.This paper has guiding significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases of psycho-cardiology.
