“新医科”背景下复合型中医药管理类人才“双实”培养路径构建

摘　　要：2018年国务院提出“新医科”概念,对中医药管理类人才培养提出“四新”要求,粤港澳大湾区中医药产业高质量发展也需要传统中医药管理类人才教育改进提升。“新医科”背景下,中医药管理类人才培养仍然存在一定问题:中医药特色不突出;市场需求导向不足;管医融合有待加强;教学方法较为陈旧;“双实”教育难以落地。本文针对上述问题,结合“四新”要求,立足于“守正创新”的时代理念,通过强化中医特色、紧跟市场需求、强化管医相融、课程提质创新、推动“双实”建设等五个模块构建了“需求导向,特色引领”的创新应用型管理人才培养模式,为中医药管理类教育改革提供新思路。In 2018,the State Council put forward the concept of“new medicine”,proposing the“four new”requirements for the cultivation of talents in traditional Chinese medicine management.Meanwhile,the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area calls for improving talent education in traditional Chinese medicine management.Under the background of“new medicine”,there are still some problems in the talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine management.Specifically,the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine are not prominent,the market demand orientation is insufficient,and the management and medicine integration needs to be strengthened,with relatively outdated teaching methods and the difficult implementation of dual-practice education.To this end,combining the“four new”requirements,based on the current“integrity and innovation”concept,this paper builds an innovative application-oriented management talent training mode that is“demand-oriented and characteristic-led”through five modules.The modules include strengthening the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,keeping up with market demands,enhancing management and medicine integration,improving curriculum quality and innovation,and promoting the“dual-practice”construction.Finally,new ideas can be provided for the education reform of traditional Chinese medicine management.
