2023年鹰潭市月湖区学生常见病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解2023年月湖区学生常见病患病现状,为月湖区学生常见病防治提供参考依据。方法用分层整群抽样方法于2023年9月抽取月湖区12所学校在校学生作为调查对象,检测视力、血压、体质量、龋齿等,分析本地区学生常见病患病现状。结果最终调查3560名在校学生,视力不良总检出率为70.10%,女生高于男生(P<0.05);高中及以上学生轻度视力不良检出率低于中小学阶段,而中度视力及总视力不良检出率高于中小学阶段(P<0.05)。营养不良检出率为6.41%,女生高于男生(P<0.05);高中及以上营养不良检出率高于中小学阶段(P<0.05);超重肥胖检出率为29.32%,女生低于男生(P<0.05);高中及以上超重肥胖比例低于中小学阶段(P<0.05)。血压偏高检出率为27.60%,女生低于男生(P<0.05);不同学段血压偏高检出率比较,无差异(P>0.05)。龋患检出率为51.62%,女生高于男生(P<0.05);高中及以上龋患率高于中小学阶段(P<0.05)。结论2023年月湖区学生常见病患病情况不容忽视,建议社区针对相关疾病加强干预,以提高儿童及青少年的健康水平。Objective This study investigated the prevalence of common diseases among students in Yuehu Dis⁃trict in 2023.Methods 3560 students at 12 schools in Yuehu District were selected through cluster sampling in Septem⁃ber 2023.We detected low vision,high blood pressure,overweight,obesity,and dental caries among the cohort.Results The total detection rate of poor visual acuity was 70.10%,and was higher in girls than in boys.The detection rate of poor visu⁃al acuity in high school and above was significantly higher than in primary and secondary school(P<0.05).The detection rate of malnutrition was 6.41%,and significantly differed between girls and boys.Moreover,the difference between the detec⁃tion rate of malnutrition in high school and above was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of overweight and obesity was 29.32%,and significantly differed between girls and boys(P<0.05).The difference between the proportion of overweight and obesity in high school and above was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of high blood pres⁃sure was 27.60%,and significantly differed between girls and boys(P<0.05).No significant difference was observed in the detection rate of high blood pressure among students(P>0.05).The detection rate of caries was 51.62%,and significantly differed between girls and boys(P<0.05),and between high school and middle school students(P<0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of common diseases among students in Yuehu District in 2023 should not be ignored.The community should strengthen interventions for related diseases to improve health among children and adolescents.
