摘 要:目的对2020—2022年萍乡市粉尘进行监测,旨在了解萍乡市粉尘监测情况,为职业病防治提供依据。方法收集2020—2022年萍乡市疾病预防控制中心承担的工厂职业病危害因素监测数据,涉及307家工厂的3887个职业病危害因素监测点。监测职业病危害因素包括矽尘、噪声、水泥粉尘、煤尘、石灰石粉尘。分析2020—2022年职业病危害因素总体监测情况、职业病危害因素监测超标情况、不同行业的职业病危害因素监测超标情况。结果2020—2022年萍乡市职业病危害因素监测合格工厂167家,合格率为54.40%;3887个监测点中,超标数463个,超标率为11.91%;超标率占前3位的分别是矽尘、噪声、水泥粉尘,超标率分别为8.29%、15.36%、10.33%;玻璃制造行业职业病危害因素监测超标率为17.02%;石膏、水泥制品及类似制品制造行业职业病危害因素监测超标率为19.94%;水泥、石灰和石膏制造行业职业病危害因素监测超标率为13.24%;土砂石开采行业职业病危害因素监测超标率为19.48%。结论萍乡市在今后的工厂职业病防控中,需要重点加强对矽尘、噪声、水泥粉尘职业病危害因素的防控,同时需要加强对玻璃制造、石膏、水泥制品及类似制品制造行业、水泥、石灰和石膏制造行业、土砂石开采行业重点职业病危害因素的监管。Objective This study was aimed at studying the monitoring status of occupational hazard factors in Pingxiang City from 2020 to 2022.Methods Monitoring data for occupational hazard factors in 307 factories were collected from 2020 to 2022 by the Pingxiang Center for Disease Control and Prevention.Occupational hazard monitoring included silica dust,noise,cement dust,coal dust,and limestone dust.Analysis indicated that the monitoring of occupational hazard factors exceeded the standard in various industries from 2020 to 2022.Results From 2020 to 2022,of the 307 occupational⁃disease⁃hazard monitoring factories in Pingxiang city,167 were qualified,with a pass rate of 54.40%.A total of 3887 moni⁃toring sites were set up,463(11.91%)of which exceeded the standard.Silica dust,noise,and cement dust were the top three occupational disease hazard factors exceeding the standard rate,and had rates of 8.29%,15.36%,and 10.33%respectively.The over⁃standard rate of occupational hazard factors in the glass manufacturing industry was 17.02%.The over⁃standard rate of occupational hazard factors in the manufacturing of gypsum,cement products,and similar products was 19.94%.The over⁃standard rate of the cement,lime,and gypsum manufacturing industry was 13.24%,and that of occupational hazard factors in the soil,sand,and stone mining industry was 19.48%.Conclusions The total monitoring rate of occupational hazard factors in Pingxiang City from 2020 to 2022 was 11.91%.Silica dust,noise,and cement dust were the main occupational hazard factors.Relatively high occupational hazard factors were observed in glass manufacturing;manufacturing of gypsum,cement products,and similar products;cement,lime,and gypsum manufacturing;and soil,sand,and stone mining industries.
