徐州市属医疗机构软式内镜消毒监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解徐州市属医疗机构软式内镜消毒质量情况,分析影响消毒质量的因素,为医疗机构制订院感控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2018—2022年徐州市属10家医疗机构气管镜、胃镜和肠镜消毒效果、消毒流程和消毒设施开展调查,并对数据结果进行统计分析。结果共采集228份样本,合格率为85.09%,2018—2022年合格率分别为94.74%、85.37%、92.86%、75.00%、82.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.581,P=0.048),整体合格率呈降低趋势(χ^(2)趋势=4.444,P=0.035)。二级、三级医疗机构的合格率分别为94.00%和82.58%,二级医疗机构合格率高于三级医疗机构(χ^(2)=4.009,P=0.045)。采集气管镜、胃镜和肠镜的合格率分别为96.30%、80.95%和90.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.387,P=0.041)。结论徐州市属医疗机构软式内镜的消毒合格率较低,存在严重的院感隐患,各医疗机构应规范内镜消毒流程,卫生行政部门和疾控中心应加强监督监测和消毒技术指导。Objective This study was aimed at understanding the status of disinfection of soft endoscopes at medi⁃cal institutions affiliated with Xuzhou City,and analyzing the influencing factors,to provide a scientific basis for medical institutions to formulate infection control measures.Methods A survey was conducted on the disinfection effects,disinfec⁃tion process,and disinfection facilities of soft endoscopes(Tracheoscopy,Gastroscopy,and Colonoscopy)at ten medical insti⁃tutions under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou City from 2018 to 2022.Statistical analysis was conducted in SPSS 20.0 software.Results A total of 228 samples were collected,with a qualification rate of 85.09%.The qualification rates for each year were 94.74%,85.37%,92.86%,75.00%,and 82.35%,respectively,with statistical significance(χ2=9.581,P=0.048).The overall qualification rate showed a decreasing trend(χ2 trend=4.444,P=0.035).The qualification rates of secondary and tertiary medical institutions were 94.00%and 82.58%,respectively.The qualification rates of secondary medical institutions were higher than those of tertiary medical institutions(χ2=4.009,P=0.045).The qualification rates of collected bronchoscopy,gas⁃troscopy,and colonoscopy were 96.30%,80.95%,and 90.67%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(χ2=6.387,P=0.041).Conclusions The disinfection qualification rate of soft endoscopes at medical institutions under the juris⁃diction of Xuzhou City is relatively low,and serious risks of hospital infection exist.Medical institutions should standardize the disinfection process for endoscopes,and health administrative departments and disease control centers should strengthen supervision,monitoring,and disinfection technology guidance.
