摘　　要：刺络拔罐作为中医特色疗法之一,具有“消肿解毒、祛瘀生新、引邪外出”之功,联合不同针刺疗法对治疗带状疱疹疗效较好。查阅关文献资料,从理论依据、临床现状、施术方法等角度,对不同针刺疗法联合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的近十年临床研究进行综述,认为此法对带状疱疹的疗效显著,为带状疱疹的治疗提供一定的思路。目前仍有亟须解决的问题:样本量少,缺乏高质量随机对照临床研究;缺乏不同针刺疗法之间的比较,无法明确最优方案;未确立准规范的辨证论治及操作方法等。As one of the characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine,pricking and cupping has the functions of"reducing swelling and detoxifying,removing blood stasis and generating new blood,and inducing evil to go out".Combined with different acupuncture therapies,it has better efficacy in treating herpes zoster.Based on the literature review,from the perspectives of theoretical basis,clinical status,and surgical methods,this article summarizes the clinical research on different acupuncture therapies combined with pricking and cupping for the treatment of herpes zoster in the past decade.It is believed that this method has significant efficacy in treating herpes zoster and provides certain ideas for the treatment of herpes zoster.At present,there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently:the sample size is small,there is a lack of high-quality randomized controlled clinical studies;there is a lack of comparison between different acupuncture therapies,and it is impossible to identify the optimal scheme;there is no standardized differentiation of symptoms and treatment and operation methods.
