摘　　要：颈椎病是临床的常见病和多发病,且近年来发病呈低龄化趋势,严重影响着人们的工作、学习和生活。刮痧是中医外治法之一,临床研究证明,刮痧治疗颈椎病操作简便,价格低廉,且疗效显著,不良反应较少。该文基于近年来相关文献对临床上应用刮痧疗法治疗颈型颈椎病进行归纳总结,以期为今后制定一套高效、科学、规范的刮痧治疗颈型颈椎病方案提供一定的参考。Cervical spondylosis is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice,and in recent years,its on⁃set has shown a trend towards younger age groups,seriously affecting people's work,study and life.Guasha is one of the external treatment Method in traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical studies have shown that Guasha for cervical spondylosis is easy to op⁃erate,inexpensive,and has significant therapeutic effects with fewer adverse reactions.This article summarized the clinical appli⁃cation of Guasha in the treatment of cervical spondylosis based on relevant literature in recent years,in order to provide a refer⁃ence for the development of an efficient,scientific and standardized Guasha treatment plan for cervical spondylosis in the future.
