摘  要:卵巢早衰(Premature ovarian failure,POF)是妇科内分泌常见病,且患病率逐年上升。卵巢早衰患者多伴有生育能力低下甚至不孕,且心血管疾病和骨质疏松的患病风险升高。严重影响了女性生殖健康及生活质量。西医治疗卵巢早衰主要以外源性补充激素为主,虽然在一定程度上可以缓解症状,但不良反应明显,患者依从性差。近年研究发现,中医药可以通过PI3K-AKT信号通路干预卵巢早衰(POF)疾病的进展。该文就PI3K/AKT信号通路及中医药通过该通路治疗卵巢早衰最新研究成果做以简要概述。为治疗女性卵巢早衰提供有效的治疗方法。Premature ovarian failure is a common gynecological endocrine disease,and its prevalence is increasing year by year.The patients with premature ovarian failure are often associated with low fertility or even infertility,and the prevalence of cardiovascular and osteoporosis is increased.It seriously affects women's reproductive health and quality of life.Western medi⁃cine treatment of premature ovarian failure is mainly based on hormone supplementation,although it can alleviate symptoms to a certain extent,the side effects are obvious,and the patient's compliance is poor.Recent studies have found that traditional Chi⁃nese medicine can intervene in the progression of premature ovarian failure through the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway.In this paper,the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(AKT)signaling pathway and the latest research results on the treatment of premature ovarian failure by traditional Chinese medicine through this pathway were briefly reviewed in order to treat the female premature ovarian failure to provide effective treatment methods.
