摘　　要：肾病综合征是常见的肾脏类疾病之一,其近年来因连续上升的发病率引起了人们的相关重视。肾病综合征在临床中主要的表现之一就是水肿,其治疗特点为病因病机复杂,病情时常反复,治疗难度较高等,这也使其对患者的日常生活以及生活质量都产生了极大的影响。激素等药物多为西医治疗的首选方法,但激素的不良反应等问题导致其不适合在治疗中长期使用,而中医药在辅助肾病综合征水肿的治疗方面不仅能够有效改善水肿的症状,还有减慢整体病情的进展并促进肾功能恢复,消除因应用激素治疗而产生的不良反应等功效。Nephrotic syndrome is one of the common renal diseases,and its incidence in recent years has attracted people's attention.One of the main manifestations of nephrotic syndrome in clinical practice is edema.Hormone and other drugs are most⁃ly the first choice for Western medicine treatment,but the side effects of hormones and other problems make it unsuitable for long-term use in the treatment.In terms of treatment,it not only can effectively improve the symptoms of edema,but also has the functions of slowing down the progress of the overall condition and promoting the recovery of renal function,and eliminating the side effects caused by the application of hormone therapy.
