摘　　要：目的:探讨皮肤牵引裤在基层老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究,选取2024年1—9月重庆市石柱土家族自治县人民医院收治的85例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=37)。观察组使用皮肤牵引裤,对照组使用皮肤牵引带,比较两组的牵引效果、并发症发生率、疼痛程度、护士工作量、护士和患者满意度情况。结果:两组牵引期间疼痛评分>3分次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护士满意度和患者满意度评分均高于对照组,平均每天调整牵引次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组牵引后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:皮肤牵引裤在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果较好,安全性可靠,可减少护士工作量,提高护士和患者的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of skin traction pants in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A prospective cohort study was conducted in which 85 patients with hip fracture admitted to the People's Hospital of Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County of Chongqing from January to September 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=37)by random number table method.The observation group used skin traction pants,and the control group used skin traction band.The traction effect,complication rate,pain degree,nurse workload and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores>3 points between the two groups during traction(P>0.05).The scores of nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group,the average number of traction adjustment per day in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications after traction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application effect of skin traction pants in elderly patients with hip fracture is better,which can reduce the workload of nurses,improve the degree of satisfaction in nurses and patients.
