摘　　要：急诊急性治疗链过程中患者急危重症多,不确定因素复杂,病情变化快,预检分诊、抢救室等环节风险增加。通过对急性治疗链患者病情评估过程中应用改良早期预警评分(MEWS)的相关文献进行总结归纳,获得MEWS病情评估的优势与应用趋势,为在急性治疗链过程中应用MEWS快速评估患者病情、实施高效分诊分流处置提供参考信息。In the process of emergency acute treatment chain,there are many patients with acute and critical diseases,complex uncertain factors and rapid changes in the condition,and the risk of pre-examination and triage,rescue room and other links increases.By studying and summarizing the relevant literature on the application of modified early warning score(MEWS)in the evaluation of patients with acute treatment chain,the advantages and application trends of MEWS in the evaluation of patients with acute treatment chain were obtained,which provided reference information for the application of MEWS in the process of acute treatment chain to quickly evaluate the patient's condition and implement efficient triage and shunt treatment.
