摘　　要：茯苓四逆汤方具有温阳补阴、利水化湿的功效,主治症见四肢厥逆、烦躁、心悸、舌淡苔白滑、脉做欲绝。本文通过对历年文献的回顾分析和系统梳理,对茯苓四逆汤治疗心血管疾病临床应用和机制研究进行分析和阐述,茯苓四逆汤治疗的心血管疾病包括慢性心力衰竭、肺心病合并心力衰竭、脓毒症心肌病等,其治疗心血管疾病的机制研究涉及抗氧化应激反应、抑制炎症反应、延缓心室细胞重构、调节免疫功能等。本研究旨在为茯苓四逆汤的临床应用提供理论指导和参考,促进茯苓四逆汤的基础研究和临床研究进一步发展,为茯苓四逆汤治疗心血管疾病提供理论依据和新思路。Objective The formula of Fuling Sini Tang has the functions of warming yang,tonifying yin,promoting diuresis,and removing dampness.The main symptoms include limb syncope,irritability,palpitations,pale and smooth tongue coating,and a desire to stop the pulse.This article analyzes and elaborates on the clinical application and mechanism research of Fuling Sini Tang in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases through a review and systematic review of historical literature.The cardiovascular diseases treated with Fuling Sini Tang include chronic heart failure,pulmonary heart disease combined with heart failure,sepsis cardiomyopathy,etc.It is found that the mechanism research of Fuling Sini Tang in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases involves antioxidant stress response,inhibition of inflammatory response.The aim of this study is to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the clinical application of Fuling Sini Tang,delay ventricular cell remodeling,regulate immune function,etc.promote the further development of basic and clinical research of Fuling Sini Tang,and provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases with Fuling Sini Tang.
