摘 要:目的:探讨生物型假体髋关节置换对老年股骨颈骨折患者髋关节功能及血清炎症的影响。方法:选取包头医学院第一附属医院收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者40例作为研究对象,比较患者经生物型假体髋关节置换术前及术后Harris评分;治疗后并发症发生情况以及比较患者术前与术后3、7 d的血清炎症因子白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)变化。结果:患者手术治疗3个月后Harris评分明显高于手术治疗前(P<0.05);患者术后出现1例假体脱位,1例假体周围骨折,并发症发生率为2/40(5.0%);与患者术前比,术后3、7 d的血清IL-6水平均表现出明显下降(P<0.05),血清IL-10水平均表现出明显上升(P<0.001)。结论:老年股骨颈骨折运用生物型假体进行髋关节置换手术治疗后并发症少,对髋关节功能改善有良好效果,还可以减轻炎症反应,具有临床推广价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of biological prosthesis hip replacement on hip function and serum inflammation in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 40 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were selected as the study subjects.The Harris scores before and after hip replacement with biological prosthesis were compared.The incidence of complications after treatment and the changes of serum inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)before and 3 and 7 days after operation were compared.Results:The Harris score of the patients after 3 months of surgical treatment was significantly higher than that before surgical treatment(P<0.05).There were 1 case of prosthesis dislocation and 1 case of periprosthetic fracture after operation.The incidence of complications was 5.0%(2/40).Compared with the patients before operation,the serum IL-6 levels at 3 and 7 days after operation showed a significant decrease(P<0.05),and the serum IL-10 levels showed a significant increase(P<0.001).Conclusion:For elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,biological prosthesis for hip replacement surgery has fewer complications,and can improve hip function,reduce inflammatory response,and has clinical promotion value.
