摘 要:目前直流高压分压器分压比参数通常是通过电阻阻值评估法或泄漏电流测量法进行量值溯源。对于100 kV及以下电压等级分压器,其泄漏电流一般作为高阶小量可以忽略不计,常采用电阻评估法确定其分压比不确定度,而泄漏电流法多应用于只有测量层结构的分压器。电压加法在直流高压分压器中已有应用,通过建立基于低压臂电阻外置技术的改进型电压加法数学模型,开展100 kV直流高压分压器电压加法的试验验证,并应用归一化偏差法对试验结果进行评价。试验表明,改进电压加法试验引入的不确定度分量可达到10^(-5)~10^(-6)量级,基于改进电压加法的100 kV直流高压分压器扩展不确定度达到1.3×10^(-5)(k=2)。DC high voltage dividers was usually calibrated by the method of resistance or leakage current mesurement.The 100 kV and below dividers voltage ratio was measured by resistance measurement,as leakage current could be ignored because of its little order of magnitude.And the leakage current measurement method was used in the dividers with resistance-measurement-layer-only structure.Voltage summation was applied in DC high voltage dividers measurement.The improved voltage summation mathematical model was built based on the new low-voltage side resistance out-put technology.An experiment was carried out on a 100 kV DC divider,and normalized deviation method was used in the voltage summation experiment result evaluation.The experiment shows that the component uncertainty of improved voltage summation is 10^(-5)~10^(-6),and the 100 kV DC divider uncetainty is 1.3×10^(-5)(k=2).
