摘  要:社保管理与人力资源管理之间具有紧密联系,二者协同作用,可有效保障劳动者权益,推动参保单位履行社会责任。因此,社保经办机构需要深入解读社保管理工作与人力资源的关联性,明确落实社保管理工作的意义和重要性,以便民利民为价值取向,规范经办窗口服务流程,加强信息化建设,重视政策宣传等,从而提升社保管理工作服务能力,优化人力资源服务,为国家经济社会的长远发展提供有力支持。There is a close relationship between social security management and human resource management,and their synergy can effectively protect the rights and interests of employees and promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.Therefore,social securi ty agencies need to deeply understand the relationship between social security management and human resources,clearly understand the significance and importance of implementing social security management,take the convenience and benefit of the people as the value orien tation,standardize the service process of handling windows,strengthen information construction,and attach importance to policy propaganda,so as to enhance the service capacity of social security management,optimize human resources services,and provide strong support for the long-term economic and social development of the country.
