摘 要:为提高长管红山茶(Camellia longituba Chang.)叶片的资源利用率及丰富芦丁的植物来源,探究了长管红山茶叶片中的芦丁超声波辅助提取工艺。以芦丁提取率为测定指标,通过单因素实验探究液料比、甲醇体积分数、超声温度、超声时间对提取率的影响,基于单因素实验的结果设计Box-Behnken响应面实验,得到长管红山茶中芦丁的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,在液料比为27 mL/g、甲醇体积分数为52%、超声温度为80℃、超声时间为63 min时,芦丁提取率达到最大,为6.936 mg/g,此条件下长管红山茶叶片可得到充分利用。该研究为长管红山茶叶片的综合利用提供了新思路,同时为提取长管红山茶中黄酮类成分奠定了研究基础。To enhance the utilization rate of the leaves of Camellia longituba Chang.and enrich the plant sources of rutin,the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of rutin from the leaves of Camellia longituba Chang.was investigated.With the extraction rate of rutin as the measurement indicator,the effects of liquid-solid ratio,methanol volume fraction,ultrasonic temperature,and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate were investigated through single-factor experiments.Based on the results of the single-factor experiments,a Box-Behnken response surface experiment was designed to obtain the optimal extraction process for rutin from the leaves of Camellia longituba Chang..The results indicated that under the conditions of a liquid-solid ratio of 27 mL/g,a methanol volume fraction of 52%,a ultrasonic temperature of 80℃,and a ultrasonic time of 63 minutes,the extraction rate of rutin reached its maximum at 6.936 mg/g.Under these conditions,the leaves of Camellia longituba Chang.could be fully utilized.This study not only provides a new approach for the comprehensive utilization of Camellia longituba Chang.leaves but also enriches the plant sources of rutin in industrial production,laying a research foundation for the extraction of total flavonoids from Camellia longituba Chang..
