摘  要:近红外荧光粉转换型发光二极管(pc-LED)在无损分析、机器视觉和生物成像等领域具有重要应用价值。目前,开发用于近红外pc-LED的高效宽带可调近红外一区荧光粉已经成为材料研究者日益关注的焦点。本文通过高温固相法首先合成了两类具有钙钛矿结构原型的Sr_(3)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)和Ba_(3)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)近红外荧光粉,它们均具有覆盖700~1000 nm波长范围的近红外一区宽带发射特性。通过调控(Sr1-mBam)_(3)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)荧光粉中Sr^(2+(/Ba^(2+)的掺杂比例进一步实现了近红外发射波长786~848 nm的连续调谐,归因于Cr^(3+)占据晶体场强度逐渐减弱的Mg^(2+)晶体学格位。典型Sr_(0.4)Ba_(0.6)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶0.015Cr^(3+)荧光粉具有高内量子效率(82.1%)和良好的热稳定性(I_(423)K/I_(298) K=73.6%),性能可与目前其他一些已经报道的近红外荧光粉相媲美。最后,利用该荧光粉封装的近红外pc-LED原型器件能够实现光效为63.28 lm/W的理想近红外光输出,展现了该荧光粉在静脉成像和夜视领域的实际应用潜力。本研究工作基于矿物结构原型和阳离子取代策略开发出具有优异发光性能的新型近红外钙钛矿型荧光粉,将为Cr^(3+)掺杂宽带可调近红外一区荧光粉的设计提供依据。Near-infrared(NIR)phosphor-converted light-emitting diodes(pc-LEDs)hold great promise for versa-tile applications such as non-destructive analysis,machine vision and biological imaging.Currently,exploring effi-cient broadband tunable NIR-Ⅰ-emitting phosphors applicable for NIR pc-LEDs has been an ongoing focus among material researchers.Herein,we firstly synthesize two kinds of NIR-emitting perovskite-type Sr_(3)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)and Ba_(3)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)phosphors via the solid-state reaction,both of which possess the characteristic of broadband emis-sion bands covering the NIR-Ⅰspectral range from 700 nm to 1000 nm.Fine regulating Ba^(2+)/Sr^(2+)dopant ratio in(Sr1−mBam)3MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶Cr^(3+)solid-solution phosphors further achieves the continuously adjustable NIR luminescence with the emission peak position tuning from 786 nm to 848 nm,due to the weakened crystal field environment of crys-tallographic Mg^(2+)site which is occupied by Cr^(3+)ion.The representative Sr_(0.4)Ba_(0.6)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶0.015Cr^(3+)phosphor Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province(E2024202103);College Students’Innovation and Entre-preneurship Training Program of Hebei University of Technology(X202410080008)exhibits high internal quantum efficiency(82.1%)and favorable thermal stability(I_(423)K/I_(298)K=73.6%),which is competitive with some other emerging Cr^(3+)-doped NIR-emitting phosphors.Finally,a prototype NIR pc-LED by uti-lizing Sr_(0.4)Ba_(0.6)MgTa_(2)O_(9)∶0.015Cr^(3+)phosphor and a blue LED chip achieves the ideal NIR output with satisfactory lu-minous efficacy of 63.28 lm/W,exhibiting its enormous potential for practical applications in the fields of veins imag-ing and night vision.The present study develops a series of novel NIR-emitting perovskite-type phosphors with excel-lent luminescent properties based on the mineral-type structural prototype and cationic substitution strategy,which will provide a basis for design of Cr^(3+)-doped broadband tunable NIR-Ⅰ-emitting phosp
