摘 要:采用高温固相法制备了Ce^(3+)掺杂的Ba3Y2(BO3)4荧光粉。通过X射线衍射谱测定样品的晶体结构,研究了样品的激发和发射光谱、荧光衰减曲线、色坐标和变温光谱。在紫外光的激发下,Ce^(3+)掺杂的Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4)荧光粉发出明亮的蓝光,发射峰中心位于420 nm附近,半高宽大于83 nm。随着Ce^(3+)离子掺杂浓度增加,样品的发光强度先增强后减弱。随着Ce^(3+)掺杂浓度变化,样品CIE坐标变化较小,说明样品色彩稳定性好。随温度的升高,样品的发光强度降低,样品的热稳定性有待提高。把样品和商粉结合365 nm芯片制成白光LED,其色坐标为(0.33,0.39),显色指数为92.6,色温为5570 K。结果表明,Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4)∶Ce^(3+)荧光粉是一种新型的可用于白光LED的宽带发射蓝色荧光粉。Ce^(3+)doped Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4) phosphors were synthesized by the solid-state reaction technique.The crystal structure was analyzed by the X-ray diffraction patterns.The photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra,photoluminescence decay curves,the CIE coordinates and temperature dependent emission spectra were studied.The bright blue emission of Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4)∶Ce^(3+)phosphors peaks around 420 nm was observed under the UV excita-tion,the full width at half maximum is over 83 nm.The integrated luminescence intensities increase first and then decrease with increasing Ce^(3+)concentration.The CIE coordinates of the samples with the increasing of Ce^(3+)concen-tration change slightly,indicating that the color stability of the samples was excellent.With the temperature increas-ing the emission intensity of samples decreased,the thermal stability of the sample needs to be improved.A white LED was fabricated by using a 365 nm LED chip combined with Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4)∶Ce^(3+)phosphor and commercial phos-phor,the CIE was(0.33,0.39),CCT was 5570 K,and Ra was 92.6.These results indicated that Ba_(3)Y_(2)(BO_(3))_(4)∶Ce^(3+)phosphor could be as a blue broad emission band LED phosphor.
