摘  要:大功率半导体普通晶闸管广泛地应用于大电流电源领域。其中电解电源领域,由于输出电流非常大,经常需要采用多只晶闸管并联的方式。设备在出厂均流调试时,一般采用低电压和大电流进行试验,电压一般在几伏到十几伏之间。由于晶闸管本身开通特性和伏安特性的不一致,桥臂上的并联晶闸管经常无法正常导通。针对晶闸管的工作过程进行了研究,并进行了相关试验及分析,得到晶闸管并联应用在低压大电流时的选配方案,确保并联支路的晶闸管全部开通,且均流系数满足应用要求。The high power semiconductor thyristor is widely used in the field of high current power supply.In the field of electrolytic power supply,it is necessary to use multiple thyristor in parallel because of the large output current.When the equipment is debugged,low voltage and high current is used for testing,and the test voltage is usually between a few volts to a dozen volts.However,because of the differences between thyristors themselves in turn-on characteristics and the volt-ampere characteristics,the parallel thyristors on the bridge arm are often unable to turn on.The working process of thyristor is studied,and the relevant test and analysis are carried out,and the selection scheme of thyristor parallel application in low voltage and high current is obtained to ensure that all thyristors in parallel branches are opened and the current sharing coefficient meets the application requirements.
