摘 要:现阶段大位移井、水平井以及复杂井况井无法采用电缆测井施工,而其他如钻输测井、存储测井存在施工作业时间长、风险高的问题,影响了油气田的高效勘探开发。该文对比了现有测井技术的特点,介绍了过钻头测井仪器性能、施工步骤、配套钻头工艺的改进,展示了过钻头测井技术在X油田实际施工中的应用,评价了施工效果。现场应用结果表明,过钻头测井缩短了复杂井的测井施工时间,保障了安全施工,取得了合格测井资料,获得了较好的应用效果和经济价值,该技术可在海上油气田进行推广和应用,进一步减少海上钻井施工周期和费用。At present,wireline logging cannot be used for extended-reach directional wells,horizontal wells,and wells with complex well conditions,while other methods such as drilling instrument transportation logging and storage logging have the problems of long operation time and high risks,which affect the efficient exploration and development of oil and gas fields.This article compares the characteristics of existing logging technologies,introduces the performance of over bit logging instruments,construction steps,and improvements in the matching drill bit technology.It demonstrates the application of over bit logging technology in the actual construction of X oilfield and evaluates the construction effect.The on-site application results show that over bit logging has shortened the logging operation time of complex wells,ensured safe operation,obtained qualified logging data,and achieved good application effects and economic value.This technology can be promoted and applied in offshore oil and gas fields,further reduce the operation period and cost of offshore drilling.
