摘　　要：In this paper,the structure of finite groups in whichmaximal subgroups of some Sylow subgroups have aσ-soluble orσ-nilpotent supplement,whereσis a partition of the set of all prime numbers,is investigated.Some solubility,σ-solubility andσ-nilpotency criteria leading to some significant improvements of earlier results are given.
