摘 要:针对航空发动机油嘴精密流量孔的加工需求,分析了工具电极损耗变化过程,发现工具电极端部在稳定损耗状态下可加工多个微小孔。通过试验研究了开路电压、脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔及进给速度等工艺参数对微小孔加工的影响,得到最优加工工艺参数组合为开路电压70 V、脉冲宽度0.5μs、脉冲间隔3.5μs、进给速度10.0 mm/min。采用优化工艺参数加工出18个平均直径为(0.128±0.002)mm的油嘴零件,孔壁陡直无锥度,表面质量较好,满足精密流量孔的加工要求,验证了微细电火花加工工艺的可行性。According to the processing requirements of precision flow hole of aviation nozzle,the variation of tool-electrode wear was firstly analyzed,which indicated that the tool electrode could machine several micro-holes in its steady wear stage.Moreover,the effects of open-circuit voltage,pulse width,pulse interval and feeding rate on micro-hole drilling were investigated.The optimized machining parameters for micro-hole were obtained:open-circuit voltage of 70 V,pulse width of 0.5μs,pulse interval of 3.5μs,and feeding rate of 10.0 mm/min.Eventually,18 aviation nozzles with an average diameter of(0.128±0.002)mm were fabricated using the optimized machining parameters.And it was found that the machined flow holes were straight and uniform,which can meet its processing requirements,so as to the machining feasibility of micro-EDM had been verified.
