摘  要:大块复杂结构铁基非晶合金成形条件较为苛刻。采用正交试验法研究了激光功率、扫描速率及扫描间距等工艺参数对Fe_(55)Cr_(25)Mo_(16)C_(2)B_(2)铁基非晶合金成形质量的影响,获得了优化的工艺参数,探究了激光粉末床熔融成形铁基非晶合金的裂纹产生机制,测试了不同工艺参数成形铁基非晶合金的显微硬度、非晶率、压缩性能及断口微观形貌。结果表明,采用最佳成形工艺参数制备的Fe_(55)Cr_(25)Mo_(16)C_(2)B_(2)非晶合金具有高显微硬度,但仍存在孔隙、裂纹缺陷及晶化现象。There is a serious challenge to fabricate the large and complex Fe-based amorphous alloy,due to the harsh forming conditions of amorphous alloys.The orthogonal experimental method was employed to investigate the effects of process parameters,such as laser power,scanning speed,and scanning spacing on the forming quality of Fe_(55)Cr_(25)Mo_(16)C_(2)B_(2) amorphous alloys in this study.The optimized process parameters were obtained,and the mechanism of crack formation of Fe-based amorphous alloys in the laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)process was studied.The microhardness,amorphous rate,compressive properties,and fracture micromorphology of Fe-based amorphous alloys prepared by different process parameters were tested.It was found that the Fe_(55)Cr_(25)Mo_(16)C_(2)B_(2) amorphous alloys prepared with the optimal process parameters exhibits a high microhardness,however,the defects such as pores and cracks,and the crystallization phenomena still existed.
