摘 要:为实现粉末高温合金FGH99的高效精密高表面质量加工,提出电火花电解线切割加工方法。首先开展了单向走丝电火花线切割加工FGH99试验,研究了脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔和电压对加工效率、表面粗糙度和重铸层厚度的影响,在脉冲宽度14μs、脉冲间隔15μs、电压30 V的参数组合下可达到加工速度58.41 mm^(2)/min、表面粗糙度Ra3.628μm和重铸层最大厚度3.09μm;基于此,开展了电解线切割精整加工试验,在电压40 V、频率40 kHz、占空比25%、进给速度3 mm/min的条件下获得表面粗糙度Ra0.3μm。结果表明,通过优化电火花和电解线切割加工参数,可实现FGH99材料的高效无重铸层加工,为航空发动机涡轮盘榫槽的高性能制造提供思路。To achieve high-efficiency,precision and surface quality machining of the powder superalloy FGH99,a combined wire-electrical discharge machining(WEDM)and wire-electrochemical machining(WECM)method was proposed.Firstly,the experiment on FGH99 unidirectional traveling WEDM machining was conducted and the effect of pulse width,pulse interval and voltage on machining efficiency,surface roughness and recast layer thickness was examined.Under the optimal parameter combination of pulse width 14μs,pulse interval 15μs,and voltage 30 V,a machining outcome of speed 58.41 mm/min,surface roughness Ra3.628μm and maximum recast layer thickness 3.09μm was achieved.On this basis,WECM experiment was carried out under the optimal parameter combination of voltage 40 V,frequency 40 kHz,duty cycle 25%and feed rate 3 mm/min,resulting in a surface roughness of Rao.3μm.The result indicated that by optimizing the parameters of WEDM and WECM,high-efficiency machining of FGH99 without a recast layer was realized,which providing a novel idea for the high-performance manufacturing of turbine disk dovetail slots in aero-engines.
