摘　　要：本文分析无料钟高炉料罐秤炉顶压力的补偿,提出一种将入炉物料划分成不同重量组及相应的炉顶压力区间段,对料罐重量按不同的重量组及炉顶压力段进行补偿的方法,经对采集多个料罐重量偏差值求平均值等数据处理后,计算料罐重量的补偿修正系数,周期性对料罐称量系统进行动态补偿。Analyzing the compensation of the top pressure of the high furnace material tank scale without a bell,a method is proposed in the paper to divide the incoming materials into different weight groups and corresponding top pressure intervals,and compensate for the weight of the material tank according to different weight groups and top pressure intervals.After processing data such as collecting the average deviation value of multiple material tank weights,the compensation correction coefficient of the material tank weight is calculated,and the material tank weighing system is dynamically compensated periodically.
