摘　　要：本文针对硬度计球压头的检测需求,提出了一种硬度计球压头的三维快速准确检测方法,通过设计定位测量装置,利用自动变焦三维表面测量仪对国标GB/T 230.1-2018《金属材料洛氏硬度试验第1部分:试验方法》以及外贸标准ASTM E18-2017《金属材料洛氏硬度标准测试方法》的硬度计球压头的几何性能进行高精度测量分析、探究,通过对典型规格的球压头的检测方法和结果论证分析,说明采用自动变焦三维表面测量仪对微小球类零件检测的可靠性。In response to the testing requirements of hardness tester ball indenters,a three-dimensional fast and accurate testing method for hardness tester ball indenters is proposed in the paper.By designing a positioning measurement device and using an automatic zoom three-dimensional surface measurement instrument,the geometric properties of hardness tester ball indenters in the national standard GB/T 230.1-2018 and the foreign trade standard ASTM E18-2017 are measured and analyzed with high precision.The reliability of using an automatic zoom three-dimensional surface measurement instrument for detecting small spherical parts is demonstrated through the testing methods and results of typical specifications of ball indenters.
