摘 要:本研究探讨了人工智能对就业结构及就业总量的多重影响,并提出了相应的对策。通过分析人工智能技术的广泛应用,发现一方面替代了部分传统工作岗位,另一方面也创造了新的就业机会。同时,人工智能的发展也引发了就业结构的调整和转型升级。为应对这些影响,提出了加强技能培训和教育、推动技术应用以及完善社会保障体系等对策。本研究旨在为政策制定者、企业和个人提供有价值的参考,以更好地适应人工智能时代的就业变革。This study discusses the multiple impacts of artificial intelligence on employment structure and total employment,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.By analyzing the extensive application of artificial intelligence technology,it is found that on the one hand,some traditional jobs have been replaced,and on the other hand,new employment opportunities have been created.At the same time,the development of artificial intelligence has also triggered the adjustment and transformation of the employment structure.In order to cope with these impacts,countermeasures such as strengthening skills training and education,promoting technology application and improving social security system are proposed.This study aims to provide valuable references for policy makers,businesses and individuals to better adapt to employment changes in the era of artificial intelligence.
