摘 要:纤维素链上有丰富的含氧基团,可与水分子形成氢键网络,有利于制备具有自愈能力的水凝胶,基于纤维素的自愈水凝胶具有生物相容性好和无毒性等适用于伤口敷料的优点。本文首先对纤维素基水凝胶的合成原理进行介绍;然后综述了纤维素基自愈水凝胶的愈合机制,即利用可逆非共价键作用(氢键、疏水相互、主客体相互作用等)及动态共价键(亚胺键、酰基腙键、二硫键等)赋予其自我修复能力。纤维素基自愈水凝胶在伤口敷料领域具有巨大的潜力,但仍面临一些挑战,未来的研究应致力于解决现有水凝胶机械性能低等挑战,并探索新的制备和应用方法。The abundant oxygen⁃containing groups on the cellulose chain can form hydrogen bond networks with water molecules,which is conducive to the preparation of self⁃healing hydrogels.The self⁃healing hydrogels based on cellulose have the advantages of good biocompatibility and non⁃toxicity,which can be applied to wound dressings.In this paper,the synthesis principle of cellulose based hydrogels was first introduced,and then the healing mechanism of cellulose based self⁃healing hydrogels was reviewed.Reversible non⁃covalent bonds(hydrogen bonds,hydrophobic interactions,host⁃guest interactions,etc.)and dynamic covalent bonds(imine bonds,acylhydrazone bonds,disulfide bonds,etc.)were used to engender self⁃healing ability.Cellulose⁃based self⁃healing hydrogels have great potential in the field of wound dressings,but still face some challenges,and future research will focus on solving existing challenges of low mechanical properties and exploring new methods of preparation and application.
