摘  要:天然胶乳(NRL)具有诸多优点,在轮胎、医药、食品、农业及化工等领域有着广泛的应用。但是,当NRL用作胶黏剂时,由于其大分子链欠缺极性官能团,对极性材料的粘接效果相对较差;作为薄膜制品时,NRL的抗拉性能和耐溶剂性较差,因此必须进行适当的改性。本文概述了关于NRL接枝共聚、环氧化、卤化等不同化学改性方法的研究现状,并介绍了NRL化学改性后与填料进行物理共混的相关研究进展。在今后的研究中,需要进一步提高NRL的改性技术水平,以满足其在不同领域的工业化要求。Natural rubber latex(NRL)has many advantages and is widely used in fields such as tires,medicine,food,agriculture,and chemical industry.However,when NRL is used as an adhesive,the bonding effect on polar materials is relatively poor due to the lack of polar functional groups in its macromolecular chains.When used as a thin film product,NRL has poor tensile and solvent resistance.Therefore,it is necessary to make appropriate modifications to it.In this paper,the research status of NRL grafting copolymerization,epoxidation,halogenation and other chemical modification methods were reviewed,and the relevant progress in physical blending of NRL with fillers after chemical modification was introduced.In future research,it is necessary to further improve the modification technology level of NRL to meet its industrialization requirements in different fields.
