摘  要:为探明竹塑复合材料最佳的竹粉参数,进一步提高竹塑复合材料的力学性能,以竹纤维(BF)为主要原材料,以易生物降解的聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)为树脂单体,通过热压成型工艺制备BF/PPC复合材料。采用单因素实验研究了竹粉粒径、添加量对BF/PPC复合材料拉伸性能、弯曲性能及冲击性能的影响。结果表明:在热压温度为170℃,热压压力为1.9 MPa,热压时间为10 min的热压工艺条件下,复合材料力学性能随竹粉粒径的减小先上升后下降,在添加D80竹粉时达到最佳;同时,其力学性能也随着竹粉添加量的增加呈现相似变化规律,并在竹粉添加量为40%时取得力学性能最优值;在本实验中,当添加D80竹粉,且竹粉添加量为40%时,BF/PPC复合材料表现出最佳的力学性能。In order to determine the best bamboo fiber parameters of bamboo⁃plastic composites,further improve the mechanical properties of bamboo plastic composites,bamboo fiber(BF)was used as the main raw material,and biodegradable polypropylene carbonate(PPC)was used as the resin monomer to prepare BF/PPC composite by hot pressing process.The effects of BF particle size and the amount of BF on the tensile,bending and impact properties of BF/PPC composites were studied by single factor test.The results showed that under the hot pressing process conditions of 170℃,1.9 MPa and 10 min,the mechanical properties of the composite increased first and then decreased with the decrease of bamboo powder particle size,and reached the best when D80 bamboo powder was added.At the same time,its mechanical properties also showed a similar change pattern with the increase of bamboo powder addition,and the optimal mechanical properties were achieved when the bamboo powder addition was 40%.In this experiment,when D80 bamboo powder was added and the amount of bamboo powder added was 40%,the BF/PPC composite material exhibited the best mechanical performance.
