摘  要:为了推动纸包装行业的碳核算与碳减排工作,通过参考国内外碳核算的标准、案例、指南文件与生命周期评价(LCA)的相关文献,梳理纸包装的碳排放核算流程,给出了关于纸包装碳排放核算的建议,包括边界条件选择、核算结果呈现方式等。基于纸包装的生命周期评价,给出了多种减排方式及优秀案例,以期为纸包装的碳排放核算、减排工作提供参考。在原材料获取阶段,应选用更绿色环保的纸包装材料及辅助包装材料,从而减排;在纸包装制造阶段,可以通过采用包装轻量化设计、采用先进的印刷技术、改进生产流程等方式减排;在纸包装分销阶段,可以通过提高能源利用效率、发展清洁能源运输、优化运输路线等方式减排;在纸包装使用阶段,可以通过减少包装使用量、促进包装材料回收、优化包装使用环境以便增加包装使用寿命等方式减排;在纸包装后处理阶段,可以通过纸包装回收利用方式减排,堆肥也是相对较好的纸包装后处理方法。In order to promote the carbon accounting and carbon emission reduction of the paper packaging industry,in this paper,by referring to relevant domestic and foreign carbon accounting standards,cases,guidelines,and life cycle assessment(LCA)literature,the carbon emission accounting process of paper packaging is summarized,and suggestions for carbon emission accounting of paper packaging are provided,including boundary condition selection,presentation of accounting results,etc.Based on life cycle assessment of paper packaging,various emission reduction methods and excellent cases were provided,in order to provide reference for carbon emission accounting and emission reduction work in the paper packaging industry.In the raw material acquisition stage,more green and environmentally friendly paper packaging materials and auxiliary packaging materials should be selected to reduce emissions.In the manufacturing stage of paper packaging,we can reduce emissions by adopting lightweight packaging design,adopting advanced printing technology,and improving production processes.In the distribution stage of paper packaging,emissions can be reduced by improving energy utilization efficiency,developing clean energy transportation,optimizing transportation routes,etc.In the use stage of paper packaging,emissions can be reduced by reducing the amount of packaging used,promoting recycling of packaging materials,and optimizing the packaging environment to increase the service life of packaging.In the post⁃processing stage of paper packaging,emissions can be reduced through the recycling of paper packaging,and composting is also a relatively good method for post⁃processing paper packaging.
