摘 要:制备了高分散Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)丙烷脱氢催化剂,研究了以二氯乙烷作为氯分散剂氧氯化再生Pt基催化剂的工艺,采用XRD、CO化学吸附、HAADF-STEM和N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法表征了氧氯化处理前后催化剂结构,考察了温度、二氯乙烷进料速率、氧气含量以及氧氯化时间对再生催化剂性能的影响,并评价了催化剂在反应-再生循环过程中的稳定性。实验结果表明,二氯乙烷氧氯化处理可以使烧结的Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂达到亚纳米尺度的分散,当二氯乙烷进料速率为127μmol/min、氧气含量为12%(φ)、温度为500℃、氧氯化时间为60 min时氧氯化再生催化剂性能最佳,在此条件下Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂性能在多次反应-再生循环中保持稳定。The highly dispersed Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst for propane dehydrogenation was prepared,and the process of regenerating Pt-based catalysts by oxychlorination using dichloroethane as a chlorine dispersant was studied.The catalyst structure before and after oxychlorination treatment was characterized by XRD,CO chemical adsorption,HAADF-STEM,and N_(2)adsorption-desorption.The effects of temperature,dichloroethane feed rates,oxygen concentration,and oxychlorination time on the performance of the regenerated catalyst were investigated,and the stability of the catalyst during reaction-regeneration cycles was evaluated.The results indicate that Pt particles on the sintered Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst can be redispersed to sub-nano scales by dichloroethane oxychlorination treatment.The conditions to reach the optimal catalytic performance are dichloroethane feed rates of 127μmol/min,oxygen concentration of 12%(φ),temperature of 500℃,and oxycholorination time of 60 min.The performance of the Pt/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst in these conditions remains stable during multiple reaction-regeneration cycles.
