摘 要:以铝工业固废赤泥(RM)为原料,采用酸碱对其改性后作为载体通过湿浸渍法负载四乙烯五胺(TEPA),制备了一种低成本RM基固态胺吸附剂(TEPA-MRM)。利用TG、SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附等方法对TEPA-MRM进行了表征,考察了不同条件对其吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明,酸碱预处理使RM的孔结构改善,有利于有机胺的负载。制备TEPA-MRM适宜的条件为:干燥温度60℃、预处理温度100℃、TEPA负载量20%(w)、吸附温度70℃,在上述条件下,TEPA-MRM对CO_(2)的吸附量为13.25 mg/g,相比改性RM提高了近15倍。经8次吸附-脱附循环后,TEPA-MRM吸附量仅下降18.3%。实现了CO_(2)捕集和工业固废RM资源化利用的双重目标。Red mud(RM)as solid waste in the aluminum industry was used to prepare a low-cost RM-based solid amine adsorbent(TEPA-MRM)by using modified RM as a carrier and loading tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA)via wet impregnation.TEPA-MRM was characterized by TG,SEM,and N_(2)absorption-adsorption.The effect of different conditions on the adsorption performance was investigated.The experimental results indicated that acid-based pretreatment improved the pore structure of RM,which was beneficial for the loading of organic amines.The suitable conditions for preparing TEPA-MRM were drying temperature of 60℃,pretreatment temperature of 100℃,TEPA load of 20%(w),and adsorption temperature of 70℃.Under the above conditions,the adsorption capacity of TEPA-MRM for CO_(2)was 13.25 mg/g,which was nearly 15 times higher than that of modified RM.After 8 adsorption-desorption cycles,the adsorption capacity of TEPA-MRM only decreased by 18.3%.The dual goals of CO_(2)capture and resource utilization of industrial solid waste RM were achieved.
