摘  要:针对列管式固定床反应器中的单根反应管,建立了HPPO环氧化反应一维拟均相模型,考察了n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))、H_(2)O_(2)质量空速、撤热介质温度和H_(2)O_(2)进料量等参数对环氧化反应的影响。模拟结果表明,n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))对反应管热点温度有较大影响;H_(2)O_(2)质量空速过低易引起反应器飞温;为提高H_(2)O_(2)转化率、PO选择性和时空产率,并降低床层热点温度和H_(2)O_(2)分解率,可将n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))控制在6~9,H_(2)O_(2)质量空速控制在0.3~0.6 h^(-1),H_(2)O_(2)进料量低于30%(w)。For a single reaction tube in a tubular fixed-bed reactor,a one-dimensional pseudohomogeneous model of HPPO epoxidation reaction is built.The effects of n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2)),H_(2)O_(2)WHSV,temperature of heat-removing media and feed concentrations of H_(2)O_(2)on epoxidation are investigated.The results show that n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))has great influence on the hot spot temperature of the reaction tube.Too low H_(2)O_(2)WHSV can easily lead to temperature runaway in the reactor.n(C3H6)∶n(H_(2)O_(2))can be controlled at 6-9,H_(2)O_(2)WHSV can be controlled at 0.3-0.6 h^(-1),and the feed concentration of H_(2)O_(2)is lower than 30%(w)to improve H_(2)O_(2)conversion,PO selectivity and space time yield,and reduce bed hot spot temperature and H_(2)O_(2)decomposition rate.
