摘 要:以橡胶为基体,将环氧树脂(EP)喷涂至基底,表面喷涂聚砜(PSU)、氟化乙烯-丙烯(FEP)和碳纳米管(CNTs)混合溶液,采用热致相分离法制备出PSU-FEP-CNTs涂层。利用FTIR、SEM、接触角测量等方法分析了涂层的结构与性能。实验结果表明,PSU与EP层将FEP和CNTs两种填料进行了铸造与固化,使PSU-FEP-CNTs涂层表面富含类“羊毛球”纳-微结构,PSU-FEP-5%(w)CNTs涂层摩擦寿命为63200转,耐磨性能显著;对强酸、强碱、油、盐等介质均具有良好耐久性;经30 g砂粒循环冲击50次后,涂层水接触角仍高达154°,表现出显著的耐冲击性能。涂层表面类“羊毛球”纳-微结构在涂层与管线介质之间形成的空气膜缓冲带既可阻隔大部分腐蚀粒子的侵蚀,又可阻断腐蚀反应持续发生,延缓橡胶老化。By using rubber as the matrix,epoxy resin(EP)was sprayed onto the substrate,and a mixture of polysulfone(PSU),fluorided ethylene propylene(FEP)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)was sprayed on the surface.The coating of PSU-FEP-CNTs was prepared by thermally induced phase separation.The structure and properties of the coating were analyzed by FTIR,SEM and contact angle measurement.The experimental results showed that two fillers,FEP and CNTs,were cast and cured in PSU and EP layers,which made the surface of PSU-FEP-CNTs coating rich in“wool ball”nano-micro structures,and the friction life of the PSU-FEP-5%(w)CNTs coating was 63200 r,showing significant anti-wear performance and sound durability against strong acid,alkali,oil,salt and other media.After the impact of 30 g sand cycles for 50 times,the water contact angle of the coating is still as high as 154°,showing remarkable anti-impact performance.The air film buffer zone formed between the coating and the pipeline medium by the nano-micro structure of the coating surface can not only block the erosion of most corrosive particles but also prevent the continuous occurrence of corrosion reaction and delay the aging of rubber.
