摘  要:建立了碱熔融-酸解ICP-AES法测定聚烯烃中Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,Si含量的方法,通过对含Li,B基体待测元素的加标回收实验考察了基体效应的影响,研究了共存元素的干扰与消除方法,确定了方法的检出限和精密度。实验结果表明,溶液中Li,B含量偏高时对Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,Si的测定有显著的影响,干扰系数校正法可以很好地消除基体对待测元素的干扰。各元素校准曲线的线性相关系数均大于0.999,各元素测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.5%~5.0%。所建立的方法可以准确测定聚烯烃中Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,Si的含量。A method for determining the content of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si in polyolefins by alkali fusion and acid soluble ICP-AES was established.The influence of the matrix effect was investigated through spike recovery experiments on elements to be determined containing Li and B matrices,and the interference and elimination method of coexisting elements was studied.The detection limit and precision of the method have been determined.The experimental results indicate that the high content of Li and B elements in the solution has a significant impact on the determination of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si.The interference coefficient correction method can effectively eliminate the interference of the matrix on the elements.The linear correlation coefficients of the calibration curves for each element are greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviation(n=7)of all determined elements is 1.5%-5.0%.The established method can accurately determine the content of Al,Mg,Zr,Ti,and Si in polyolefins.
